I can't change UEFI mode to Legasy. Secure Boot change to disable. But boot mode still only UEFI. How to unlock Legasy mode to install from USB win?

Many, if not most, of the current generation of laptops no longer support Legacy mode. Legacy mode is only needed when trying to install an OS like Windows 7 before sp1 or older and not needed for any of the current OS versions. In most cases, since W7 is no longer supported by MS, the device manufacturers don't develop drivers for that old of an OS.
