ProPredo Is it still te acer stock flavoured windows or have u installed windows 10 vanilla ? was this issue from day one out of the box or was caused after a windows update ? i would advise to completely remove the realtek drivers with a uninstaller software like youruninstaller for ex or similar and reinstall them i had the same issue on my G3-572 out of the box 2+ years ago and that fixed it for me the realtek drivers can be a pain sometimes u cal also try other versions see what suits u the best just bare in mind most times the latest its not the best also make sure to disable windows from updating drivers/firmware or even completely  good luck :)

It's stock win 10 it's been from day one specially the crackling gets worse when I start games.
I have tried reinstalling them from scratch no use.
But when switched to windows HD audio there seems no problem.

ProPredo try to swap from the realtek drivers from their website try a few versions older/newer im sure you will find some that don t have that issue thats what i did last resort backup whatever you need and perform a stock recovery clean install ALT+F10 on boot and delete everything option that should completely rule out any software issues  :)

This is the driver im using on mine but i dont have maxx audio you model its newer than mine i have dolby audio
