Waves MaxxAudio issues since clean windows install

I recently had to wipe my entire Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 (GTX 1660Ti - i5 9300H model) and reinstall a clean copy of windows. Since then I have tried endlessly to install Waves MaxxAudio properly. Since installing it I am missing sever features such as Dimension and a lot of pre-sets etc.

I tried re-installing the realtek drivers but when I run the installPackage application I get a Invalid INF error and I am unable to fully install it. I tried a manual driver update by searching for the driver which also failed. I am running the latest Windows 10 with all the option updates and latest BIOS 1.30.

Could anyone advise me what to do, thanks!
