SCREEN HANGS FREQUENTLY

So i bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43. While using it the screen randomly freezes. (it usually happens when im watching videos on youtube and the other instance was when i was just searching something on google) the mouse nor the touchpad doesn't respond. however when i press the spacebar/pause i can hear the video playing in the background.

at first i was forced to force shutdown the laptop whenever this happens... however i discovered that i just had to close the laptop and once i open it the screen goes back to normal.

however, i dont want to close my laptop every few minutes while working. is there anything i can do? thanks!

The same problem when you disable hibernation, sleep and hybrid sleep? What happens when you do the lid function here?
