So here's my problem, i do not know if this is normal or not but i use my laptop and shut it down at its full battery percentage, but then the next day i turn it on it will be at 88% and it gets an inaccurate reading, for instance, i checked my battery wear level since it was at 88% when i turned it on and it says 16.8% battery wear level, the next use i check the battery wear level again it says 15.8%, I do not know how i will fix this problem nor can get out to have it checked to Acer's Customer Service.

I was searching on the Internet 3 days ago on how to boot my laptop's battery without physically removing it and re-attaching it and i see someone pushing a needle in a small hole but i wasn't able to find one in my Laptop.

This laptop is just months old, i bought it in January 2020 and i just encountered this kind of problem today, please help me fix this problem without physically doing anything.

    Good afternoon KairuChan !

Which EXACT model of your laptop?

In the latest versions of the Nitro 5 series, to perform the reset, you must turn off the device, disconnect from the power and press the power button for 30 seconds in a row.
    Then reconnect and turn on.

Current ion batteries have natural wear even when not in use.
Check in your Bios if your model has a USB powered connection and turn off this option.

Do not also leave peripherals connected to the USB when it is turned off.

I have the Acer AN515-43-ROYM, I tried the first one, i turned off the laptop and hold the power button for 30 seconds and then turned it on again, also will my battery bloat if it keeps happening?
