What is this oily stuff on my heat spreader/heat pipes

It's a acer nitro 5 (43)

Is this normal?should I clean it ?

What can I do to prevent it .

    Doesn`t look normal, clean it with alcohol. I would personally remove the the whole cooling to check what is the cause. If you remove it prepare yourself to re-paste.

    Can it be due to condensation in these humid climate I live in

    Possible, but you said oily, so I can`t imagine a climate where oil condense. :)

    just found out it is thermal pad oil .its due to low quality thermal pads .
    its harmless for and what the amount used it for in the laptop .
    so if anyone is worried like me its noting serious but many suggested that to repaste and some good quality thermal pads .
