How do I reverse Fn key on my Acer Aspire A715-75G?

I got a new aspire A715-75G laptop, it has special functions such as brightness, sleep, and volume controls configured on the Function keys, and to use the function key I have to press the Fn key...Is there a way to reverse this so that special functions such as brightness and volume can be controlled when I press it using Fn and by default, they work like function keys?

You need to go to BIOS to change FN behavior. By default, it set to Media which you need to change to function. 
To enter in BIOS, press f2 key without fn key, and after entering in BIOS, change function key behavior and then press f10 without fn. Now you have reversed fn key.
