What laptop do you have? When you say "it will show everyone around me" do you mean the WiFi SSID names? What router do you have nd does it support both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?

Reboot your system, login to Win-10 and after see if the WiFi is there, if its not then press F3 key only or F3 + Fn keys together and see if your WiFi is recognised and comes back.

Have you physically inspected the wifi/bt card? If its seated correctly and its arial wires are plugged in and haven’t come lose? Wifi/bt connection problems are not a complicated thing to fix, its either software/hardware issues. If you have taken all the softare steps then its time that you inspect the hardware and replace the wifi/bt card (as that is a cheap option) and see if that will fix your problem?

Thanks @StevenGen but it's not the hardware I just got it, the wifi connects to all other computers and devices in my home except this one laptop, thanks for trying to help have a great one

@BradTeBeest I believe Steven is asking about the WiFi card inside your laptop, not the rest of your network. The card has two small (actually, tiny) wires that connect the card to the antennas. Sometimes one of more of the antennas work themselves loose, causing poor or no network connections. It's also theoretically possible for the card to build up a little corrosion causing failures, or the screw holding it might come loose allowing poor connection. The latter two usually would give you a symptom of the WiFi disappearing entirely. Luckily your card is a pretty standard Intel card that is just old enough to be really stable, so it's less likely for the issue to be a driver problem.
