Hi,
I'm unable to connect through internet using wireless network but good thing is connected via wired ethernet. I discovered that I'm missing wireless network driver and I don't know the cause of this issue. I already visited Acer product support link to download missing drivers (Wireless LAN Driver & Bluetooth Driver). Both drivers successfully installed but issue still persist (pics attached after installation). Also another attachment for missing WiFi & Bluetooth option. Please help!
My System: G9-593-71EH
PS I already searched topic as same as this post and couldn't find it so I created this new topic.

Sultadashin check the hidden devices to see if any is not installed also did this happened recently maybe after a windows update did your wifi adapter always worked fine in the past ? it might be case of a driver installed as the wrong device in this case you have to install it manually yourself pointing it to the correct driver also i see you have a network infrastructure devices whats under there could it be just what i just mentioned and worst case of cases your wifi adapter died good luck
This is what it should normally show
As u can see i do not have any network infrastructure devices on any of those 2 laptops

The network infrastructure devices shows I'm currently connected to router via wired ethernet. Once I unplug, that infrastructure device disappears. How do I check hidden devices? Any legit site to install correct drives? Yes, wireless network worked before.

Sultadashin what about other devices you shouldnt have it at all if all drivers are properly installed also if your bluetooth its working fine makes me think its a driver issue as the bluetooth its built into the wifi adapter

I'm pretty sure I never had any incorrect devices or drives as what Acer product support recommends to install. Bluetooth works well now. I assumed due to wireless driver glitch, I refreshed WLAN AutoConfig and everything's fixed.0
