Is The Acer Spin 713 (CP713-2W-5874) No Compatible With Chromebook Perks?

I recently purchased a brand new, 2020 Acer Spin 713 chromebook. So far it's a great laptop and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am wondering if this model is somehow not compatible with Google Chromebook Perks. In attempting to redeem the 3 free months of Stadia Pro here: https://www.google.com/intl/en_us/chromebook/perks/ I get a message stating that my device is not eligible for that offer, even though by all accounts my new Chromebook should be eligible.

I reached out to Google and Stadia support and they stated that "You need to contact the manufacturer of your device for assistance. They are the ones that will provide you the Stadia code."

Are Acer Chromebooks simply not eligible for these offers that other Chromebooks are, or is there something else going on here?
