Predator G9-591 Not turning on/making clicking noise.

Hey guys,
My laptop is currently not turing on and I'm getting a weird sound out of the speakers. So far I've tried a battery reset. I've held the power button on for a minute and it hasn't done anything. Charging light isn't coming on, I've plugged into a new outlet (the old one was still getting power out). Also the charger was replaced in January, along with the battery. Belows a link to a video with the sound its making. It happens about every 15 seconds, and seems to be coming out of both speakers. Would appreciate any help, I need it for work in the morning. Also let me know if you need more info!

Oh, I forgot to mention, I don't know when it shut down. I had it on the minecraft menu screen, and left my house for a bit. Came back and it wouldn't turn on.

It sounds to me like there is something wrong with either your battery and/or your charging components e.g the AC DC Power Jack Charging Port could be worn out and/or not making a good connection with the charger or with the mainboard or faulty, or the batteries connection to the mainboard has come lose or it was not inserted properly (when replaced) unplug the plug and replug it, also, check that your charger is the exact Predator G9-591 charger and functioning properly and charging your battery?

I took the computer apart to confirm the battery is plugged in properly and it was. The charger is brand new, and bought from acer, im positive its the correct one. As for the charger coming loose the computer was plugged in and not touched. When I came back I found it off and not responsive. Is there a way to test the charging port before ordering a new one.
