Swift 5 2020 laptop, strange fan noise ?

Hello!

I wanted to ask you guys a question. I've just bought a Swift 5 laptop. Everything is fine, I'm happy with, but there's something that worries me : the fan noise. It goes up rather normally, maybe a bit fast, I don't know, but that's fine. However, the noise it makes sounds really strange to me. Not really loud, but something like tictictictictictic.

I wanted to ask here what you thought of that. At the shop, they tell me that I can send it to repair on warranty if I want, but that takes 3 weeks...

Do you guys have "the same kind" of fan noise, for those owning this swift 5 laptop?

Do you guys think that it would be useful to send it back under warranty?

I'm totally aware that all this is highly subjective, but I wanted to get an advice, so please don't hesitate to tell me what you think.

Easily way for this issue for new buyer.

Would you please go to the store that you’ve picking it then try others Swift 5 first. ?
If the others weren’t had fan noise issue.

Please trying to exchange under warranty period or money refund.

Thank you. I went to the store in question and tried to compare with the same model exhibited, but it's locked (you can't go on the Internet neither open any program) and anyway we can't hear anything because of the ambient noise. They said the only way to know if it's a "normal fan noise" is to send it to warranty diagnostic but I do hesitate as it takes 3 weeks and I had a bad experience with warranty services in the past.

I think running game on other Swift 5 on the shop could be easier way and take a shortest time.

Trying to run Windows Store casual games or the games from steam the listening the fan noise.
If it was the same level as your Swift 5 , it will show that your Swift 5 was normal.

I see , If you concern about your Swift 5 fan noise. Choose refund option maybe better under warranty period.
