Laptop Model: Aspire E 14 E5-476G-32HR

I was first having issues with the keyboard of the laptop, and I was following this guide to try and fix it. Restarting didn't fix the keyboard issue, so I tried the "remove the battery" solution next. Since my model had a built-in battery, I used the internal battery reset button instead (pressed with a pin for 15 seconds). But after waiting for 5 mins, I tried opening the laptop again, it won't turn on anymore (Power LED indicator is not lighting up at all). I tried plugging in the charger, but there is still no LED light showing.

What else can I do to make my laptop turn on again?

Battery reset button is probably stuck in open or down position. Remove charger. Then try rapid pressing & releasing button with paperclip several times to try to release the spring-loaded button. Then plug charger back in. If still no charge LED, then try pressing & releasing button again. It must feel like it's spring loaded and snap back after pressing. Jack E/NJ

I have checked if the internal battery reset button is stuck, and I can say that it is not since I feel the "click" whenever I press it. :anguished:

Check the output voltage of the charger's plug between its outer ring and center contact with a multimeter. Should be about 19volts DC. Jack E/NJ
