Hello everyone, I own an Acer Predator PH315-52. I am unable to enter the BIOS menu with the F2 key. Upon pressing the F2 key, I get a blank black screen with a white cursor and it stays as it is. No changes. I can see that I am also not able to access the boot device menu via the F12 key. I tried other set of keys as well but they didn't do anything.

The BIOS menu was accessible a couple of months ago when I created a dual boot setup on my system (Ubuntu + Windows 10). Today, I wanted to change Ubuntu to Manjaro and hence I tried booting from the USB stick via the F12 key. However, I wasn't able to access the menu with F12. Tried going into the BIOS menu with F2 and that failed as well. What should I do? Please advice.
