My Predator Orion 3000 is making stranger buzzing noises and high CPU temp

I've started to have this issue for about 2+ weeks and it seems like games that are really CPU intensive like COD Warzone or sometimes even Valorant start making my fan go nuts and starts to create a strange buzzing noise. I had opened up my computer to double check if a wire had gotten caught between the fans and that seemed to be not the case. I keep my Acer PredatorSense and it seems like the problem only happens when my CPU goes above 90*. I have also noticed my CPU being oddly high when idling or just browsing. Idling sometimes being at 66 degrees and browsing being at 66-71 degrees. I have cleaned out my pc once before not too long ago ( maybe around a month ago) with an air duster so i dont think dust is too much of a concern here. I am currently just feel very confused and unsure about what I should do. Thanks for any replies in advance.

Which PO 3000 do you have? Should be something like PO3-600-xxx... It's normal for the fan to get quite noisy when running full tilts, which typically doesn't happen unless the CPU temp gets over 90-93C. Noisy doesn't always mean buzzy though. Buzzing noises are more used to describe a fan that is either out of balance or whose bearings are starting to fail. When the noise is happening can you brush the fan blades with a plastic straw or toothpick? That will put a little side pressure on and get rid of the bulk of the noise if it's the fan that going out. Usually it takes a lot longer for a fan to fail than the age of your system, but that doesn't make it completely unknown.

Is there a way to check the exact model of my pc? And when it buzzes it only buzzes when cpu goes to like 90 degree which i find quiet odd. The buzz sound is very significant and very loud. It sounds like a bee buzzing from my pc. I'm not sure what you mean by brushing toothpick against the fan blades too. It still making the same sounds till this day

Right click on the start menu icon and choose System, it should give you the full model number. On most systems the CPU fan is running at full tilt when the CPU temperatures get up to 90C. Running the fan at full speed is going to be the first time you'll see evidence of an out of balance fan. The easiest way to get access to the CPU fan is to pull the side cover off...

Oh I see, I’ll post my exact model once i have the chance. So if I wanted to replace my cpu fan, easiest way is just to access it from the side panel right?

Yup and it shouldn't be too tough to get to. You do want to look at it's mounting design. If pulling the fan off means loosening the screws that hold the heatsink in place then you will want to change the thermal grease at the same time. If the fan mount screws just hold the fan to the heat sink without going through for both, you are good to go with just swapping the fan.
