Game Stuttering Problem Predator Helios 300

So, my laptop, the Predator Helios 300 is stuttering during gameplay, in games both new and old, can someone give me a solution to this problem?

1) Well, the stuttering really seems to affect ANY game, thought it is less noticeable or it doesn't happen in games with very low graphics (Example: 2D games like Terraria) and mostly seems to occur in 3D games, thought it only seems to have started about a few months ago, i did lived with the stuttering as i thought it only happened on newer games, thought for kind of an example, when i first got the laptop and tried the game GTA V, i could play it on high graphics just fine, but now i have to play on lower graphics to not get as much stuttering or lag.

Add you game.exe file in nvidia software and set high performance nvidia processor 
you need do like this↓

Right Click on your desktop

2. Click NVIDIA Control Panel

3. Click Manage 3D Settings on the left menu

4. Click the drop down menu for Preferred graphics processor under the Global Settings tab

5. Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the list

6. Click Apply to save your changes.
