Acer Aspire E15 Model - E5-573G-52G3, single beep at start up, charging on and off

Need help on this issue.
Laptop Model: Acer Aspire E15 - E5-573G-52G3
Few observations:
1. Laptop gives single beep (repeatedly) when starting. Beep goes away if charger is disconnected. But it does start properly & works for about an hour on battery. 
2. Charging light turns on when laptop is turned off OR in sleep and charger is connected.
3. Charging light turns on/off sporadically when laptop is running.
4. Accer care shows battery health as good. Original capacity 37000 mWh, current full charge capacity 27794 mWh (which means 75%)
5. Have updated to latest bios - version 1.37

Few things I did but didn't help:
- Uninstalled charger & battery drivers.
- pressed battery reset pinhole for 15 seconds. Also kept power button pressed for 60 seconds.

Some questions:
- Is there a list of start-up beep code for Acer E15 series laptop?
- Is there a micro switch inside laptop that cuts off charging from battery?

Kindly help with solution of this annoying problem.

Repeat single beep while plugged in likely suggests that the battery is being intermittently used (eg not charging) to help support the charger in supplying power demands by the laptop cpu, gpu, cooling fans, HDD access, etc. Are you trying to run multiple instances of high power load applications, games, etc?
