Chromebook R13 not recognizing 2nd external monitor

Need help please.  When connecting external monitor independently on either the USB-C or HDMI, it would extend to external monitor.  However, when plugging two external monitors at the same time, the chromebook would only detect one of the external monitors.  In the display setting, it would only show the internal display and one external monitor. Any ideas? Thanks.

Spoke with Acer support. They confirmed this model does not support two external monitors.  It can only support the laptop itself and ONE external monitor.
