Acer Nitro 5 AN515-43-R2M9 (non SSD varient) how many SSD slots & how much is supported up to?

I recently bought Nitro 5 AN515-43-R2M9 which is a non SSD varient. I am planning to install SSD but not sure whether only one M.2 SSD slot is there or 2 M.2 SSD slots (obviously I don't want to void my warranty hence not going to perform installation on my own

). I hence called ACER support team and they said that there are two M.2 slots...1 is PCIexpress NVMexpress supported & 2nd is M.2 SATA only.

When I asked for how much both support, they said that

M.2 slot 1 PCIexpres/NVMexpress supports up to 512 GB
M.2 slot 2 SATA only supports up to 1 TB

But engineer was not looking confident as earlier he said that it only supports 128 GB NVMexpress then when I said that "I did bit of research on Google, I found that it supports up to 2 TB...!!!???"; Engineer then changed his statement stating that it supports up to 512 GB.

So here I got confused and need help to know exactly how many M.2 slots does my version Nitro 5 AN515-43-R2M9 supports and how much both upto?

Now, acer has tested this model with ssds up to 512gb. That's why the engineer reported that only up to 512gb. But that information is not correct. This model does support ssd nvme of 1tb or more.

Will it also support M.2 SATA SSD Port with more then 1 TB?

The latest laptop models support m2 2280 sata 3 sds and 1tb nvme or more.

I have the same laptop and same model,
I have two ssd m.2 ports in my Laptop one it's written SATA and other PCIE,

I tried one M.2 NVME PCIE 500GB KINGSTON SSD but system was keep on shutting down after booting in windows screen .

So this Laptop doesn't support NVME ssds?

If yes or no then how much capacity it can support upto?

In BIOS AHCI it's showing.

Please guide me which Form factor ssd will it support.
