Hi, I was happy with this laptop for 2 years but recently a problem showed up with my ssd. I am using two drives, ssd m.2 for a windows 10 system and hdd. I didn't have any problems with them till the last week.
I've tried to turn on the laptop but it was hanged on a starting screen (with an acer inscription), there was no loading icon. After a while the "No Bootable Device" inscription showed up. I've entered bios and the interesting thing is that both disks have been recognized in the information tab (including ssd m.2 drive)! I've tried doing many things in bios, like:
-resetting to defaults
-resetting secure boot
-erasing secure boot configuration
-disabling secure boot
Since the bios is new, I couldn't change the boot mode from uefi to legacy (this is something that helped other people with similar problems). I was kind of desperate and I also tried inserting a windows system on a Pendrive to run some repair tools, I was able to run some commands on hdd disk but ssd was not recognized. After a while (after erasing secure boot for a n-th time) laptop booted correctly, everything was working fine, but it happened again. This time I've read about one guy that had a similar problem when he had 3 disks at the same time, I can't really find this link again, but he mentioned a power supply unit and told that he needed to turn the pc off and on again at least few times, I've tried that (without changing anything in the bios again). I've tried that and it helped, laptop was running fine for some time, but it happened two more times and now I can't boot it at all. I've also checked the CMOS battery, but it shows 3,13V. BIOS version is 1.19. Is there anything else I could try before sending it for repair?
One additional note: I've never noticed any problems with my ssd, this is happening when I am turning on my laptop, it has never turned off by itself.
