Acer Aspire issue

Hello,

I'm using Acer Aspire A315-53G, someday I got the blue screen that says "your pc ran into a problem" and everytime I run the laptop i get it and i can't get into windows. Then I entered to automatic repair and ran a check disk command. Then it worked but the laptop became so slow and the same blue screen came again. I decided to format it so i reinstalled windows without deleting my data because i have an important files that i need but the laptop still slow i started to think that the problem in the hard drive but i dont know what is it or how to fix it.

Sorry for my long story but i need your help.

Right click the Window start icon. Search 'event viewer'. Click 'event viewer' near top. Click Windows Log folder on left side. Click Application subfolder. Click filter current log on right side. Enter  '26226' in filter box and click OK. What chkdsk results do you see? Jack E/NJ
