CPU and GPU fans at 4000+ rpm during normal usage in Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54

I bought Acer Nitro 5 - AN515-54 six days ago. On the second day, I observed some sound from the bottom. The sound seemed to be from the fans. When I checked Nitrosense, the CPU and GPU fans speeds were 4000+. I observed the same yesterday and today also. This happens in normal usage. For example, 4 applications (firefox - 7 tabs, sticky note, notepad, pdf reader) were running. In addition to these, I was transferring data to and from my external hard disk. The number of files was around 300,000.

My question is: is it a normal behavior? I am not running any Game or any huge rendering, but the CPU and GPU fan speeds are close to 5000 rpm at times even in such normal usage. So, should I tweak some settings to reduce the speed or should I contact the service center?

Note: The replacement period ends in 4 days. If the issue is with the hardware, should I go for the replacement?

Edit: CPU temperature is in the range 70-85. GPU temperature was not displayed.
