Changing thermal pads on Acer Nitro 5

I am planning to change my thermal pads (correct me if I'm wrong I'm not sure if these are thermal pads) because i think they melted as shown in the pictures (not actually mine but they look like that). What thickness should I get for it to be replaced and lower the temps on my laptop? Thanks in advance! Sorry for my grammar.

    Thermal Grizzly mins pad would be the best, as for the thickness unfortunatelly you have to figure it out yourself by measuring and adjusting.
