Nitro 5 cpu fan barely working

Howdy! I have a Nitro AN515-53 that's been in use since 2018 (past warranty at this point). For about a couple months now I've been dealing with the cpu fan on the unit having immense difficulty spinning, I've tried cleaning it with compressed air but it still functions in very random bursts. It'll sometimes will give me maximum 2000 rpm to the gpu's 6000 rpm, and most of the time the fan sits at 0 - 200 rpm when I've set the fans for max / the laptop is under heavy load. I was wondering if there is any way to get replacement(s) for the fan? Since I feel I've tried all I could at this point, I just don't know any trusted sellers for this kind of thing or if Acer would be willing to send one out or anything. Thank you for the help, growing desperate here as the heat is causing my laptop to suffer dips in the cpu's performance while gaming.
