My recently bought(a month ago) Predator PH317-53 keeps restarting

It keeps Freezing for 4-5 seconds then restarts.
I gave it to the service center and they updated windows and bios and firmware but i had lost predator sense hence the turbo mode and fan control and rgb too
i tried to install it agann but as soon as predator sense got installed it stared to happen again .I then did a system restore before the predator sense and it was fixed but still..no control over fans and rgb and turbo due to no having the predator sense ..please help this was my dream laptop .i really dont want to compromise after spending so much..please help

animaxavier have u tried to follow my guide here also perform a battery powerdrain followed by a bios setup defaults let me know if it works if it keeps doing the same send it back to the service center and explain to them the exact issue tell them to install PS themselves and test it good luck

animaxavier if your bios its asking for a password (either system or hdd) someone had to access it and set it up themselves theres no way to remove it without having the correct pass only acer can do it you need to contact them and send it back ask for a bios reflash password removal and the link for the latest ps version its on my post above good luck

and also can you please link me to a older version of predator sense for helios 300

animaxavier to enter the bios keep pressing F2 on boot multiple times the go to the last tab and setup defaults then save and exit and if youre looking for the old red version just download it from the acer support page for your model but this new one works fine on all predator/nitro plus you can control everything from the mobile with the mobile app paired anyways its up to you

Brother sorry to say but the bios is locked and asks for a password
and can u please link me to a version other than the latest one which helps me control the booutup sound ,fan controls and RGB

yes it does
it restarts only when PS is installed otherwise its very smooth running machine

I have already seen a problem similar to yours in the Portuguese community. Can you send a screenshot of the acer care center, which shows how your laptop model is written?

HELLO GUYS IT SEEMS MY MOTHERBOARD WAS FAULTY I GOT IT REPLACED AND KINDA UPGRADED TO 1.30 NOT EVERY ISSUE IS FINE
JUST ONE THING ..I LOST MY FACTORY UNDERVOLT OF -0.125 mV ON THE CPU CAN U HELP?
