I recently bought an acer swift 3 (SF314-41) and i really enjoy this device but after a month of use while browsing Youtube, when I click on a video, my browser (Brave) would suddenly ask a permission to download a file named "watch.html" and no matter how much I try I could not watch any videos. But what more to me is that right after that happens, my keyboard partially stops working as some keys (volume, brightness, capslock, windows, sleep etc) still work but I could not type . So whenever this happens I restart my laptop, and it goes back to normal but its happening more often. Can I fix this through software or should I go to a repair center? I really love this device :-(

I'm concerned about the 'watch.html' message, that could be a symptom of a badly formatted web page, of your browser not handling some mime types or a virus. What are you running for an antivirus? Do you see anything like that when using a more popular browser? I know Apple has a "watch-html" mime type to deal with Apple Watch items, but the browser should be ignoring them if it's not running on an Apple watch.
Now, for the keyboard... Is there a chance you're accidentally hitting the NumLk key? That changes the behavior of many of the keys.

I use Kaspersky, but I did use Firefox before brave and there was no such behavior then. I also did not hit the numlk key because when I experience this issue all the letter keys stop working, numlk would just output something different but not disable my keys

With the keyboard on my Switch 7 it occasionally gets into a mode that's neither fish nor fowl. Those keys either don't work or place nonsense characters. When I press the NumLk it then switches me to numeric keypad and I press it a second time it takes me to normal. I don't know what causes it, just that it happens once in a while. It's like there's a third state the keyboard can be in... I believe that state is similar to the numeric keypad on a full qwerty keyboard, when it gives the cursor keys and page up, down, home and end for those presses.
