hello guys, this problem has started recently for me, since the past week or so. So everytime I open any kind of game, just after 5 minutes into the game, my laptop screen suddenly turns black and doesn't show any error message and just abruptly shuts down without any kind of warning. It's not even any kind of thermal issues, my temps stay between 75-85 C during gaming, and this issue is really really annoying. My system specs are 8GB of RAM, 1TB HDD, AMD RX560X 4GB dedicated graphics, AMD Ryzen 5 3550H processor. Any kind of game I open, be it low spec requirement game, even in those my laptop abruptly shuts down. And interestingly enough there are no crash logs or any dump files written out too!! Please help me out!!
And I had a small windows insider build upgrade too 2 weeks back I guess!?
I had even run heaven benchmark and even that crashed and my laptop shut down. After I had cleaned my internals nothing happened for the next few days, this shutting down started recently since a week! Please help!

The event that shows you have run the memory diagnostics  should show no errors or errors. The screen above shows problem with the driver of:

Family 17h (Models 10h-1fh) HD Audio Controller

Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.

Kind of ran the memory diagnostics again and still didn't find a report in Event Viewer, but got this after scourging a lot, I don't really know what this means!

You didn`t read my firts post and followed the link right? This is from the link how to find it:
Type “MemoryDiagnostic” into the find box and click “Find Next”. You’ll see the result displayed at the bottom of the window.

I followed all the steps and even ran it and still I can't find any results file even after searching..
Pretty weird coz I had run the memory diagnostics two times and not once I found the results file.
