OEM Windows activation on Windows 7 required several things @Jujhardeep:
     - A SLIC 2.1 table in ACPI (read: motherboard, if the machine came with 7 it already has it).
     - A generic OEM key for the edition it came with, while you should have a sticker with your own personal key the activation actually used a generic one if I recall correctly.
     - The OEM certificate installed in Windows. They don't come by default on new Windows installations, that's where the key in the sticker come in handy.

You could try getting the key off of the Windows installation through the use of a Windows live environment, like a live USB stick, and ProduKey for example. It is also possible to do from another machine with the same program if you take the hard drive out of there and put it in a USB enclosure.

I believe trying to acquire the generic OEM key or its certificate is outside of the purview of the ACUA so I won't ge detailing any of that.

My Acer aspire 4736z is showing multiple colors vertical lines on screen. Any way to remove them, these lines I hv noticed immediately after I increased RAM from 2 GB to 4 GB.

@Jujhardeep what computer do you have (full model number)? Did it come with Windows 7 originally? Can you show us a picture of the error message?
@Kanchan you need to start your own thread, this one is for a different issue than you are relating to us.
