Regarding Some Driver Doubts

Hi I have an Acer E1 571BT. In the driver list, when Windows 7 32 bit is selected it gives me Intel Turbo Boost Driver while the processor installed in the laptop i.e. Intel i3 2348M is not equipped with Turbo Boost. Will this Turbo Boost Driver also work with all other OS like Windows 8 or 10.

    Ah! That's the name Acer uses for what's really called Intel's Management Interface if I'm not mistaken (I've seen it done in my model as well as others, it probably happens in yours too).

    It doesn't have to do with Turbo Boost, but I believe Windows is able to download and install the appropriate Intel MEI drivers on its own (Windows Update using the Windows Catalog). If it didn't, post a screenshot of the offending device if it is yellow triangled in the Device Manager regarding its IDs, like this, only if it is not recognized:
