Aspire Z3-600 21.5/Touch Screen NOT WORKING

I've been having issues with my Acer touch screen (Aspire Z3-600) which has not been working ever since we added Windows 8.1 a few years ago and now I have Window 10. I've tried everything that people on the forum have suggested and nothing worked however when I disabled and then enabled the HID compliant touch screen the touch screen worked for about 2 minutes and then stop working again. I've wipe down the screen often but I always keep it clean and that doesn't help it to work, I've made sure that all of the drivers are updated that I'm aware of. At this point I am at a lost as to how to get the touch screen to not only work but to continue to work long term. This is the reason why I bought the Acer because of it's touch screen. My warranty has expired so I can't get support from Acer.

I am very much open to any suggestions!!!

On human interface devices, in the device manager, does a problem touchscreen driver appear or as a hidden device?

@egydiocoelho Not sure what you mean? But when I click on the human interface device and then from there I right click on HID compliant touch screen, it ask if you want to update your drivers and if I click on that and then hit "search automatically for drivers", the message that comes back is "the best drivers for your device is already installed".

Can you send a screenshot of the device manager? Also, can you update the drivers with the iobo driverbooster program?

Not able to send a screenshot. I don't know what an iobo driverbooster program is? Not too computer savvy, sorry lol!

Download the driverbooster program to update the drivers. Download only the drivers. Uncheck the game programs and dashlane: https://www.iobit.com/downloadcenter.php?product=pt-driver-booster-trial

Why would I need to download this unknown driver when my computer is saying that my driver is updated?

@Airtight1 does Device Manager show errors on any devices? The touchscreen itself is handled by a generic Microsoft driver, but underneath that is the system port that talks to the actual screen...

No it doesn't show any errors on any of the devices. It tells me that my devices are updated.

Exactly @billsey. that's why I suggested installing the driverbooster program, to check if the program finds the correct touchscreen display driver.

I downloaded the software Driver Booster today. Is there anything else I should do at this point?

@egydiocoelho @billsey After I downloaded the Driver Booster the touchscreen is still not working. The only time that it works is if I go to Device Manager and disable HID Compliant touchscreen and then enable it after a few seconds then try to use the touchscreen then it will work only for a few minutes then it will stop working again even though it is enable.

When it first fails after the re-enable do you get any entries in Event Viewer?

@billsey I'm not computer savvy so I don't know where the Event Viewer would be to see if any entries where there? Would this be part of the Driver Booster that I just installed or somewhere else? If it is in the Driver Booster, I just checked and I didn't see anything saying "Event Viewer" Please advise.
