A Frozen Acer Nitro 5
I've had my Acer Nitro 5 (AN515-54-51M5) for about three months now. This only happened recently, but there would be moments where the screen would end up freezing for two to three seconds. Being the naive person that I am, I let it slide. And it's because of this exact reason, that my laptop just decided to stop working as a whole. In other words, both my screen and my keyboard decided to freeze up for longer periods of time. "How did you know that your keyboard stopped working?", well there's a mechanic where you can "light up" your keyboard; I couldn't do it. But anyways, I managed to get it resolved by holding down the power button for up to ten seconds (for those of you who were wondering). My question is, are there any other alternatives to preventing this in the future, aside from taking it in for a repair? I would prefer methods that won't void my warranty in case things get out of hand, but if there isn't any, still feel free to label them down below. Thank you and have a great day!
