My Bluetooth has suddenly disappeared! I have an Acer A515-52G-50NT

Hi ! My Bluetooth has suddenly disappeared! I have an Acer A515-52G-50NT . I found Bluetooh under hidden files, but I can´t uninstall it... then I tried to install the drive from Acer website, but it doesn~t work... I don~t have a restoration point as well ... should have create it in advance... sorry... and thanks for any help..

    Step 1)
    Open device manager→View tab -> select Show hidden devices→action→scan for hardware changes 

    Now, restart your laptop and check 

    Step 2)
    Open device manager→view tab→show hidden devices→right click on Bluetooth driver→select Update driver→choose the option Search automatically for updated driver software.
    After updating, restart you laptop and check 

    Step 3)
    I would suggest you check if Bluetooth Support service is started.
    1. Press Windows + R keys on the keyboardtype services.msc and press OK.
    2. Now, find Bluetooth Support Service and start it
    3. Double click on the Bluetooth Support Service set the startup type as Automatic.   
    Now, restart your laptop and check

    very nice answer but not work for me….:/
