Hi

Which exact type of SSD will be compatible with my laptop model? I know it should be m2 but should it have the SATA III or PCI-Express interface?

Note: I don't want to replace my HDD with the SSD.

    Its M.2 is PCIe wired, you can use NVMe drives in there.

    In fact, I believe it supports SATA SSDs as well, but given the choice and the fact it has 4 PCIe lanes dedicated to it I'd go the NVMe route, even if it were one of those value NVMe drives that only use 2 lanes and are keyed M+B.
