Hi, i have an Acer AN515-52 laptop. A few month ago it fans started making annoying trembling noise at low RPM. Like, when usage is high, it's normal fan sound, but when it's low - it's annoying noise. But okay, i can live with that. When i was playing Far Cry 5 lately i started noticing weird FPS drops. Checked the temps - and it was almost 100 C on CPU, i downvolted it through Intel XTU - and it still throttles at almost 100 C (97, to be precise). Well, that sounds bad. I thought about repasting and buying new fans, but that would void my warranty, wouldn't it? I still have about six months. Is this problem covered by warranty at all? Can i go to local Acer service center and get it fixed? Or should i just go ahead and fix it myself? I am no stranger to repasting laptops, and judging by Youtube, AN515 is pretty easy to disassemble.

Need to apply new thermal paste.
Default thermal paste is not good.
Your laptop temperature limit is 89°C means when your temperature reaches 89°C-90°C system start decreasing GPU/CPU clock speed(thermal throttling)to protect your components.
At that time you experience low fps,lag and shuttering in games.
In this case, don't play games it may damage your system

You are under warranty take advantage to it
Acer engineer will clean your laptop and apply new thermal paste so, send it to service centre
First log your case and get your case ID
Get in touch with acer costumer care in your region for that

(They will ask your address, serial number etc to log your case)
