Hey,

So my laptop is doing this new thing where when it gets close to 100% with the charger plugged in, it will stop charging even when I am gaming, and my graphics will go to poop because I believe it is switching to onboard graphics at that point from the 1060 that is in it. I am not sure if there is a setting somewhere that will get the charge going when at 100%? Like I said this just started happening. So either that or a way to always use the 1060 during gaming so when it drops the charging it will still keep my good framerate. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

This is 100% normal, The battery reduces a bit while playing games even if it is connected to charger.Battery designed in this way, The charger shuts off when the battery is at 100% then when the battery drops to around 95% it will start an on/off process of trickle charging

Is there any way around this? I dont remeber this happening before ever until recently. And if it was, it was different. For example if I am in a League of Legends match my charger will stop and then I drop to 30 fps, then it reconnects itself and I go back to over 100. Is there a way to at least avoid the fps drops while this is happening during games?
