Acer aspire 7 laptop replacement

I've been facing a BSOD Issue saying NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE from day 1 i received the laptop went to service center they reinstalled the windows and said it has been resolved now after 10 days i got the same problem with same error code now they are saying its ssd failure and they would replace it. As its their fault that they sent me a fault piece and also troubleshooted the problem incorrectly at the beginning which caused me to lose the replacement window provided to me from flipkart. now  am i eligible to claim a complete laptop replacement from acer instead of ssd. Please answer quick

    You can try it stating that you have missed the return window not by your fault. If you are eligible -only terms and conditions on the store can 100% tell.
