laptop battery should last between one to four years, or around 1,000 full charges. The total lifetime of a battery is dependent on several factors.

Battery die after some years this is not company.

RusiruSamarakoon yes it can especially if you use it on battery for gaming and wont calibrate the battery properly once every 3/6 months to maintain your battery you need to keep an eye on the wear percentage either with hwinfo or battery bar pro and keep calibrating it when the wear increases there will be a point that the cells completely die thats inevitable i have mine on AC non stop 24/7 always  on for more than 2 years and i only have 7.1% wear as u can see below i had up to 15 wear but after i calibrated it went down again also bare in mind when a battery has more that 20% wear consider replacing it you should never ever game on battery and avoid using the laptop on battery at all only for emergency and really light works the main purpose of the battery  its to hep the adapter to provide more power to the cpu/gpu when this one cant provide enough if still on warranty send it back to get it replaced if out of warranty u need to get a replacement battery as the laptop will not work properly with a damaged battery good luck
