Aspire15-52G-Regarding external microphone problem

I have Aspire15-52G model My Question is the inbuilt microphone is ok but when I try to use external microphone to my laptop microphone is not working last time it is working my using Realtek software from Microsoft store but nowadays it is not supported to my system. When I try my boya mic to another computer it is working good but that computer is an old model with two 3.5mm jack one for audio one for micro Is there any way to solve my problem

I'm experiencing the same issue (I am also usign the Boya Microphone) and the new Realtek Console has limited options

Also had a similar issue with an A5 purchased two weeks ago. Need to record the classroom discussion and the laptop comes up with options to choose what has been plugged (ex headset or headphones) but upon clicking it and began recording, there will be an error upon saving the recording. Already tried 2 headphones and its still the same.
