Blue Screen of Death (VIDEO TDR FAILURE)

I have a Nitro Gaming Laptop and I just bought it two months ago.

Recently, I've been experiencing the blue screen of death. It has happened about 10 times now and it's always VIDEO TDR FAILURE, it occurs while I'm playing LoL/GTA. The first few times, I just let it slide because it just might be the laptop overheating while I'm playing the game (I'm not really sure what to do or how to fix BSOD). But recently, I noticed that the graphics card that my laptop has, stops running after every BSOD so I tried updating the graphics driver but it still kept happening.

What is the needed fix for this? Is the graphics card the problem?

Download a older GPU driver that worked for you. You can also try a system restore to a date it previously worked flawlessly.
