Does Aspire E 14 / E5-476-58AH support SSD SATA 3?, bcs I bought SSD ADATA SU800 M.2 2280 SATA 6Gb/s then I put it on my laptop but the bios can't recognize the ssd at all.

Yes, it does support SATA (revision doesn't matter in this case), it came with a 1 TB HDD after all.

But there may be a compatibility problem between that drive and that model and if that's the case I don't think there's anything to be done other than exchanging that SSD for a different one and hoping for the best.

You may think it has to do with the power consumption (SSDs consume way less than traditional spinning drives), but it could be the controller inside the SU800 where the incompatibility lies. For whatever reason (standards compliance maybe?) some controllers and machines don't play along.

Just in case it was the drive, are you able to test it in an external enclosure or another machine?

Show us a caption of the bios at “Main” and “Boot” and where you installed the M.2 ADATA SU800 M.2 2280 SATA 6Gb/s as you could have installed and setup your system wrongly.
