Why does my Predator helios 300 reboots while in use?

Hello everyone. I have an i7 8th gen, predator helios 300. Its been arround 1.5 years since I bought this. It was working good for almost 1.2 years. Few months back, I got a problem of auto reboot while working. This problem happenend while I was using the laptop connected to the internet and the charger plugged on. This was the first time my laptop rebooted automatically. From then, it keeps on rebooting suddenly while in use. I have tried updating the BIOS recomended by ACER, I've updated my windows 10, I've changed the settings to stop auto restart after updates, I've cleaned the fans twice, I've cleaned and applied thermal paste just recently, I've reset the windows 1 day back, I've tried all the ways in the internet to stop this auto reboot while in use. I still get the same problem. I've tried to use internet without the charger connected and also used laptop plugged into the charger without connecting to the internet. Still the problem persists. Sometimes, this problem comes even when both the internet and the charger are not connected. Please help me to get this problem solved. Thanks in advance.

Had the same issue sadly had to get my motherboard replaced at last ..but i was under warranty. I think this is the only way my man

i am using i7 9th gen, predator helios 300 blue screen and auto restart also happen to me till now every year and the half. when it's happen it gets very often specially when u launching videogames. this product really suck!
