Unable to register my Nitro 5 laptop

When I try to register the laptop I receive this message:

"This product was registered when it was activated. Check your record on My Products or contact Acer Support for assistance."

    Contact the vendor/seller and ask them for proof it was registered to you when activated. Jack E/NJ
