I reinstalled Windows 10 on Acer One 10 S1002 and cannot get some of its functionallity back

So I just recently clean reinstalled Windows 10 and I can't use some of its functionalities 
Which are:
- No touch screen
- No audio
- No battery indicator at the bottom right
- Volume button near the power button doesn't work
- All Fn keyboard function (Brightness Volume everything) but as a normal keyboard its still works fine
That is all I found for now 

I reinstalled it because The windows version that it came in was "Windows 10 home single language" and it came in Thai because I'm Thai and I want it to be English because the Thai version of translation annoyed me so bad so I reinstalled Windows and I don't know what to do. I have reinstalled Windows in other PC before. Is there extra step in installing Windows in this 2 in 1 laptop or something? Where can I get drivers for this model? because https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers did not work for me so I reinstalled it second time and as expected it did not work. If this question is already answered, please link it.

More Issues I recently found out :
Cannot Boot without Charger plugged in due to low battery (but  know I charged it overnight) but when booted I can take charger out and It'll stay on for hours I don't know why
