I purchased Acer Swift 3 SF314-55G from Flipkart on 27/06/2020 and got it delivered on 30/06/2020. Today I called Acer Customer Care to ask about the warranty status of my laptop and the Acer executive told me that my warranty expires on 16/10/2020. How is this possible? What can I do to get this issue resolved?

Since this is a community support forum you are unlikely to get the right people at Acer to respond. I'll escalate to the moderators and they may be able to contact the right people for you, or give you info on how to address it.

Yes. Please escalate this to the mods. I have already written to Acer Support but haven't got a reply yet

Sorry to hear this and the late response, please keep in mind that the Acer Community is not a direct portal to technical or customer service, as a moderator we are not able to access any account information or online registration account information. All units will have a warranty expiration date based on the manufactured day. The warranty of your unit will count from the date of purchase, so you will need to contact your local support team and send them a picture of your proof of purchase so we can get the dates corrected and updated in our system.
