I WILL PAY FOR A SOLUTION acer predator laptop problem since brought

Problem is there since I brought this laptop
and an Acer service guy format this laptop and
installed his windows (it was having preinstalled
Russian browser)

-he didn't install Acer driver predator sense
GPU drivers
 
-100 CPU usage when the laptop starts system is
 lag and doesn't respond every 15- 20 minutes

-ram usage is 8 GB only by opening google chrome

-boot time is more than 6 minutes I have recorded

- I have done reset with remove everything (wipe everything)
  the problem comes again and again
 
- I have lost it now Acer has to either replace me a laptop or fix this for once and all

    Chrome memory looks pretty much normal for having that many tabs open. So does the overall memory use with Windows and other tasks active. I'm a little concerned about the unnamed tasks in the first view of Task Manager. They don't look like they're using many resources, but they shouldn't have blank names. What antivirus are you running? That can often be a resource hog.
    I'm a bit unclear about the sequence of events. You bought the laptop and it was configured for Russian use? Did you buy it in Russia or buy it used or online? Was it a demonstration unit in a store? When you got it and started it the first time was it in Russian? You then contacted Acer support and they had you send it to a repair center? The repair center did a reimage to factory defaults?

    when i brought the laptop it was perfect having all installed predator sense software , helios 300 official wallpaper , all drivers properly installed but after some time i installed some cracked games from fit girl so the latop started giving problem ( later i stopped using cracked games ), later i called acer for help they send a service guy to solve my laptop problem , he told me that i will have to re install the windows by compete wipe process ( when i asked my sytem config he didnt know anything about acer PREDATOR series hardware and its basics specs  , he told only he knows its a gaming laptop  ) ,i aggreed to re- install my windows in my predator , after that he installed driver from 3rd party apps like DriverPack Solution ( which he may have downloaded from ***** )NOTE HERE i SAW A RUSSIAN BROWSER ON MY DESKTOP , After windows installation he didnt installed any predator apps , like acer care , predator SENSE( which is most imp) , nvidia driver and many more which my laptop had when i brought , after that pc was having many issues like 100 % cpu usage , system interrupts, unable to flash my smart phone boot time more than 4 minutes!!!! and low FPS ,

    You can try an ALT+F10 cold boot reset from the hidden ACER recovery partition if it is still intact. Shut the laptop off. Press and hold the ALT+F10 key. Then turn the machine on. An ACER recovery screen should appear if the service guy didn't completely wipe the HDD. Jack E/NJ

    Cleanchit108 in case your recovery partition its corrupted or non existent your other only option its to get a 16gb usb drive and create a windows usb drive install via media creation tool then download all drivers/software from acer manually and install it also that intervention from the engineer its very suspicious he should had either used the recovery partition for a clean install if it was still intact or even install from a recovery usb drive either way all the official acer apps/drivers would be pre installed on the OS as i said its very suspicious also you mentioned cracked games never install cracked games always buy original ones you will have serious issues with virus trojans backdoors.

    i refuse to help/support anyone who uses cracked games its my right to do so sorry but i have nothing else to say in this thread my help ends here have a nice day and good luck.

    As for the userbenchmark query, try switching to High Performance NVIDIA processor in NVIDIA Control panel, userbenchmark showing poor results for Intel GPU in your snip.
