Acer Predetor Helios 300 i7 RTX2060 Stopped Working After 2 Days ph315-52-74dx

I bought a new predetor helios 300 recently after 2 days of use its stopped working . Suddenly it happened and it was not turning on , i went to service center they said the motherboard got freezed up .so they fixed it and updated the bios .Then after 3-4 days the same issue happened again and its stopped working , i replaced the laptop and got a new one . But after 3 days same issue happened with the new laptop as well its suddenly stopped working and i had no choice but to return it . I was fan of predetor products and i liked everything about the laptop while its working but now i dont have the confidence to buy another , So i have a question to all the users/owners are any of you faced the same issue ? or its just me ?
P.S -I tried the pressing the power botton for 30 sec ,then connect the charger and turn on but that **** dosen't work.

What was the exact model of the notebook you had purchased? example ph315-52-58vh.

sumanshee009 well unfortunately for any manufacturer there are always some lemons in the basket only thing i can say here im pretty happy with all my acer laptops so far and never had any issues with my predator either

Try turning off the notebook, disconnecting the power adapter and pressing the power button for 12 seconds.

egydiocoelho that dosent work i have tried many times . As much as i understood the mother board or cpu goes into an frozen state and there is no way from outside to fix this unless and untill you open the laptop and manually remove the bettery .this is very fustrating they should not have removed the battery reset option using the pinhole . Acer should really need to consider about the battery setup.

Have you already opened your notebook to check if the keyboard connector is loose? Are you still in the device's exchange period (RMA) with the seller?
