Hi there,  sorry about my English, I want you to ask about the temperatures that my computres reachs when its connected to AC (between 40-70 degrees sometimes), they are unstable and higher than when im using the battery, the problem is that this only happens with nitrosense.... When I use HWinfo or AMD software the temperatures are perfect and stable even if the computer is connected (always between 30-36 celsius degrees), so then definitely nitrosense presents a problem when my laptop is connected to AC but the curious thing is that this happens just with nitrosense.(ac mode and battery mode are configured in high performance)
I made this things before, first restore my laptop, then uninstall and install again nitrosense but the problem continues. Now I´ll upload an image to show you the temperatures that my computer reach connected and then other image showing you that nitrosense consume too much cpu power (between 12-20%) and that explains the higher temperatures. I want you to know that I have 2 friends with the same computer than mine (same configurations and actualizations) and they didn´t have this problem with nitrosense. My acer nitro 5 model is AN-515-43. Please help me, I can´t find a solution in the spanish community, and sorry about my english but I try my best. (all of this graphics and informations was taken with my computer in idle).

(nitrosense connected to ac)

(nitrosense using the battery)

(amd software connected to ac)

You don`t need to leave NS open while you game or work on the PC it is doing his job in the background anyway. NS should read the sensors correctly as this is the only SW that has low level access to the EC firmware. Nothing to worry close them all and enjoy your laptop. If you don`t have an issue don`t look for it because you will find one some day... ;)

Hi there, but I need NS to take a look to the temperatures in an hour that my laptop reachs (especially when im playing games) so I need it open. The other thing is that I need the fans at max speed and I control that with NS too.

You can do this when you pause the game and start NS. Fan control is automatic when you set max and close the NS do they stop? BTW I never heard someone to game with NS open constantly
