Why don’t Acer as well as all other manufactures produce OLED Full HD monitors?

Cost is my best guess... OLED displays are quite a bit higher and computer displays are typically much smaller than the TV that are out using the technology.

All of the OLED monitors on the market have 3840x2160 resolution and are overpriced. This is the result of greediness and lack of foresight, to my mind. 4K gaming requires extra powerful PC and even with 2080ti video card frame rate may drop below 60 fps, 120 fps and higher values are practically unreachable in modern games. There are no Full HD OLED TVs too, because marketers associate OLED with 4K for some strange reason, though most of video content is Full HD. Moreover, a lot of people would definitely buy the OLED TV under 48 inch (not necessary 4K), but there is nothing to choose from.
P.S. Excuse me if my English is not enough understandable.

    Burn-in problem is overstated.
