Triton 500 HDMI issues

Have a Predator Triton 500 (i7-9750H, RTX 2060 etc). I stream my gaming, through a Macbook Pro and Elgato HD60s+.
The setup is: HDMI out from Triton 500 to Elgato (which is connected to Macbook through USB-C) and HDMI out from Elgato to a monitor where I see my Triton 500 desktop.
It has worked as it should work before, but somethings buggy now after a recent Windows and Nvidia update.
When I turn on the monitor/connect the monitor that gets the HDMI feed from Elgato (which is feeding a passthrough from my Triton 500), my Elgato turns off and everthing else stays unaffected. I've tried to replace the Triton 500 and test with two Macbooks, to see if the Elgato gamecapture device is broken, but the Elgato works fine and I can see both om my Macbooks on the "gaming-monitor" when testing.

Then I took a USB-C to HDMI adapter (that I bought from Apple), and plugghed an HDMI from Triton 500's USB-C to Elgato HD60s+, and it works.
To conclude, there's something fishy with my HDMI port. And by the way, the HDMI on my Triton 500 works fine when I connect it straight to the monitor.
Any ideas?

Is it a power-surge issue? Because I once overpowered (with the wrong AC-adapter) a soundcard, and it turned off my computer and broke a Thunderbolt-hub. Kinda reminds me about that.

Posting two sketches I did, if my explaining was a bit confusing.
