Wifi connectivity problem.

My Acer N15Q8 Chromebook has suddenly stopped recognizing our home wifi system. We get the message: network connection error; failed to connect to network: unrecognized error:unknown-failure. All my other devices work on our network, and the chromebook will connect to my mobile hotspot on my phone. It has connected to our home wifi fine since we got this chromebook this summer (for distance learning fo rmy daughter) and suddenly stopped working Sunday.

    Try a full power cycle and if that doesn't help a power wash. I'm guessing the wireless drivers are confused.
